Custom acid blend based upon your skin type, reactivity, and issues needed to address. Is this your first chemical peel? We do not leave you peeling like a snake! We do not believe it necessary or helpful to cause that much trauma to the skin at one time! Healing possibly involves: skin flaking/dryness, and redness/irritation for 3-5 days. Gentle milk cleanser, ICE packs, hydrating NON ACTIVES, thicker moisturizer and MINERAL sunscreen is necessary during healing! The skin is like a muscle… it must be worked out (damaged) in order to grow stronger with collagen and elastin! Chemical peels work by gently removing the top layers of your skin. They reduce discoloration caused by sun damage, soften fine lines, fade scarring and help breakouts. They also enable your skincare products to become more effective as they are now able to penetrate deeper into your skin. Your skin's overall texture, clarity and appearance is instantly smoother. Treatment includes: Prepping of the skin includes removal of ALL oils (stripping of the skin is ESSENTIAL to ensure peel penetration)… active double cleanser, astringent toner, peel application (ensuring your comfort by checking in for heat/tingling sensations and providing a fan), COOLING treatment mask, red light therapy LED to begin the healing process and finishing products. **NOT RECOMMENDED DURING SUMMER MONTHS IF OUTDOOR PERSON**
