Along with a cool towel and bottled water to ensure your comfort. Healing for the entire body! Infrared energy penetrates deep beyond the skin and into your muscle tissue to soothe soreness and joints, detoxes your body (7 times more so then traditional heat saunas), burns calories (up to 450!), boosts collagen, reduces inflammation, improves sleep, reduces anxiety and increases blood flow and circulation.
